Bâloise Gourmets presents you with the restaurant Hesper Park

The Bâloise Gourmets or how you can discover local gourmet know-how.

The Bâloise Gourmets promote restaurants which are making haute-cuisine headlines in Luxembourg. During the month of June, Bâloise Assurances Luxembourg has the pleasure of presenting you with the restaurant Hesperpark

The restaurant Hesper Park which opened on 1 August, 2018, is located on the fringe of the Hesperange Park along the Route de Thionville in the new CELO building. This marks the beginning of a human adventure initiated by the chef Jan Schneidewind and his right-hand Bruno Gosset.

At Hesper Park, Jan Schneidewind and Bruno Gosset want their guests to rediscover the pleasure of enjoying authentic and healthy products. They truly endeavour to promote awareness regarding the necessity of reducing our footprint on the environment and limiting waste while simultaneously preserving the fundamental pleasure of what is on our plate. They are both fathers who feel particular concerned about leaving a positive mark behind them for the generations to come.

Comfortable setting

This restaurant is designed in a refined and elegant manner, fitting ideally into the Hesperange Park surroundings. The materials have been carefully chosen with cosy and contemporary decoration in perfect harmony with nature, giving Hesper Park a very welcoming and warm feeling. A delightful decor which will appeal to families, couples, businessmen and women…

The Hesper Park philosophy

Propose meals using fresh and quality products throughout the seasons all from local distribution channels. The chef and his brigade wholly highlight the products in their cuisine, taking care to respectfully work, but not alter them, to best bring out the flavours and preserve their nutritive properties.

Furthermore, and just for Bâloise Gourmets, Hesper Park created a refreshing starter called Vegetarian Summer Salad with Asparagus from Greater Luxembourg. We’ll leave you with the honour of tasting it!

Hesper Park is open from Monday to Sunday. The restaurant is open from 12 to 2pm and from 7-9pm with a brasserie service also offered from 3-7pm. During the summer period, from 1 June to 31 August, from 11am to 10pm, within the Hesperange Park (behind the restaurant), families can come and relax at the Beach Club (swimming pool for children) which offers balanced fast-food meals.
